First impressions from Ceuta.

This footage was filmed yesterday, 31st July 2026, on the beach beside the southern border with Morocco. We parked in a relatively safe car park and walked down to the shoreline to get an unfiltered first look at what was happening on the ground. The man caught was then released like all the others I saw Today I’ll be back out, hoping to speak to people directly.

The language barrier makes interviews challenging, but I’ll do my best. Thank you to everyone who suggested questions—I genuinely appreciate the ideas. One thing that still feels surreal: seeing soldiers with mounted machine guns on armoured Hummer-style vehicles. I don’t think that will ever feel normal.
